The Auburn Purple Lancers Drum & Bugle Corps is a senior drum corps that consists of a summer parade corps and a winter ensemble including brass and percussion. The corps is open to anyone who is interested in performing. We welcome all new prospective members to come check us out.

>11/28/12 It is with deep saddness that we announce the passing away of a loyal friend JOE JANOSKO. As some of the older members of the corps remember, Joe was one of the founders and the first Treasurer of the modern day and current Purple Lancers Drum and Bugle Corps which was revived in 2007.
For those who wish to attend services for Joe here are the details: JANOSKO , Joseph W., 89, of Union Springs , died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Auburn Community Hospital. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at the Shakelton Funeral Home, 418 Main St., Aurora. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at St. Michael's Church, Union Springs. Interment will be at Joseph's Cemetery, Auburn.
